QKB3152: What input devices does Cortona VRML client support?
The information in this article applies to: Cortona VRML Client
Last reviewed: 29.01.04 08:30

Standard input devices in the current version of Cortona VRML client are the standard mouse, keyboard and two-button joystick. Mouse wheel events can be used by elements of Cortona’s skin.

To support accessory input devices, e.g. headtrackers, spaceballs, 3D mouses, et cetera, in Cortona, you can:

  1. Using Cortona SDK create a standalone application (in Visual C, Visual Basic, Delphi development environments, HTML, et cetera) that will handle events of the devices and control camera movement in Cortona 3D window. Drivers of these devices are needed.
  2. Order the development of Cortona VRML client support for a particular 3D device. For more information about this option, contact our Sales Department at sales@parallelgraphics.com.
