This 3D tutorial allows technical personnel to easily learn the assembly and disassembly procedures for the copier fusion block.

Navigation

After the demo is started, click anywhere on the image to go to the Menu page.

The training consists of three stages and consequently the program has three modes:

Demo mode: the correct order for disassembling the fusion block is demonstrated in the automatic mode.

Study mode: this is the step-by-step demonstration of how to disassemble the fusion block.

Test mode: This mode is intended for the testing the trainee's knowledge.

Navigation in Demo mode

The program interface includes four parts:

3D window with the Unit copier model in the center

the instructions on the bottom

the parts gallery on the right side

the buttons to the left.

When the image of Unit copier model appears, the Next button starts blinking. Click the Next button to start the automatic demonstration. Do not press the Next button before it starts blinking. After the demonstration is over, press the Menu button to return to the previous page.

Navigation in Study mode

The step-by-step demonstration consists of 25 steps.

You should follow this procedure with every step. Find the highlighted part and then click on it, the removed part appears in the gallery. You can then press the Next button to continue or the Replay button to repeat the current step.

Navigation in Test mode

In this test you have to disassemble the fusion block. You have 100 points and up to 50 points may be discounted for a mistake depending on its seriousness.

To choose a part to remove, click on it. Click once more on the part to confirm the choice. The part will then be disconnected. Click the Next button to start the test. If the task is successfully completed you will see the Congratulations message. If you fail you will earn no points and a Sorry message will appear. If this happens you can repeat the previous stage and try to pass it again.
