Web-based environment for collaborative planning of production systems
Using ParallelGraphics' 3D tools, the Institute of Manufacturing Automation and Production Systems (FAPS) is developing a Web-based collaborative environment for planning and design of production systems (a special focus is made on mechatronic systems). The online environment with 3D capabilities allows the parties at different locations to speed up the exchange of ideas, reduce misunderstanding and facilitate problem solving, and as a result significantly improve the collaborative design process. more info...

Web-based training solution
MAN Roland Druckmaschinen AG, the second largest printing press manufacturer in the world, leveraged the power of the Web to develop interactive 3D training solutions. Using ParallelGraphics' innovative technologies, MAN was able to utilize existing 3D CAD resources to develop online training manuals and assembly guides for employees and customers. This Web-based training solution greatly improved skill transfer, while also leading to increased efficiencies in the learning process. more info...

3D solution for displaying real-time simulations of mechanical systems
dSPACE is a leading supplier of hardware and software solutions for developing and testing rapid mechatronic control systems. However, while dSPACE's real-time simulations are usually visualized by time histories or instruments, these methods remain more or less abstract. This can lead to difficulties in observing motion in its 3D simulations. dSPACE was able to overcome this problem by using Internet Scene Assembler from ParallelGraphics in order to create dynamic and interactive visualizations for their 3D environments. more info...
